Invoke a Google Cloud Run service from a workbench
The Cloud Run tool lets a workbench agent invoke a Google Cloud Run service through a Plural cloud connection. The tool stores a resource identifier, a description, and an input schema.
Capabilities

lib/console/ai/tools/workbench/infrastructure/cloud_lambda.ex. - Placeholder: mention permissions only when the implementation states them.
Setup
There is no inline tool setup guide for Cloud Run yet. It uses a GCP cloud connection. Connection setup is maintained at js/console/public/setup-guides/cloud-connections/gcp.md.
